Main Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare the required services for each flight. 
• Prepare and distribute each flight manifest to Government Agencies and the crew.
• Inspect the cleaning process (Lounge - Terminal – VIP and Crew vehicles–Reception Area ) on an hourly basis
• Follow the proper procedures for workflow communication with related departments.
• Provide a high level of hospitality for/to the aircraft at Private Aviation and Royal Terminal to JASA customers.
• Follow up Immigration procedures with regard to passenger passport and crew visa.
• Closely watch and assist ramp services to deliver the luggage to concerned aircraft. 
• Follow up transportation process with Operations. 
• Provide crew assistance at in any other terminal.
• Follow up and assist crew entry permission and transport to/from the aircraft
• Follow and assist ambulance entry permission to the ramp and VIP/ cars permission.

Minimum Requirements

• High school certificate with 5 years experience C.S.
•  Bachelor's certificate with 2 years in C.S.
•  Good general appearance and medical fitness
•  equivalent English minimum level 3
• Driving License
• Computer (e-mail, MS Office)
• Communicate Tools ( Telephone – Radio )
• Car driving
